To get ready for positive enrolment, please sign in to Sun Life’s Plan Member Services website at www.sunlife.ca and select ‘For plan members’ and ‘Sign in to your account’ between now and June 10, 2010 to confirm that your access ID and password are still active.

If you’ve visited this page in the past, you may need to reset your access ID or password if either has not been used for some time or has expired. Just click Forgot your access ID? or Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and follow the instructions.

Visit Sun Life’s Plan Member Services website anytime to manage all your PSHCP benefits online services such as:

  • Instant answers to your coverage questions.
  • Sign-up for direct deposit by providing your bank account details and e-mail address. Most claim payments are deposited in your account within 24 to 48 hours after processing and you will receive an e-mail when the claim is processed.
  • Details of your submitted claims.
  • Claim statements and complete claims history.
